Our Training Methodology

Training may either be conducted at the client’s premises or Software Concepts, all depending on the number of trainees. All courses include theory (20%) and direct practical sessions using live data (80%). Individual coaching and personal assistance is provided as and when required.

The training facility comprises two classrooms accommodating a total of 10 students, two conference rooms for working sessions requiring or not requiring computers. Workbooks and assignments are also provided during training sessions. All our staffs are Sage Pastel Certified Installers (PCI) and MQA approved trainers.

We are proud to announce that as at date we have already trained more than 15,000 users, in partnership with the University of Mauritius and other institutions.

All our training courses are MQA approved and entitled for HRDC Grant Refund.
